There is something that seems elite about being part of a Yacht Club. Passersby envy and wonder just what goes on at the Club. The truth of the matter is that members of the Kelowna Yacht Club are impactful people who have chosen, to make a difference from within our doors.
 
Volunteering started with the very first members of the Club and continues to be the heart and spine of the club you see today. The Kelowna Yacht Club is very much a place to relax and enjoy the lake and social lifestyle in one of the most beautiful cities in British Columbia. But, as a member yourself, you may be missing out on the spirit of camaraderie that flows within the clubhouse walls and amid the lakefront views.
 
Many of our Members already volunteer in many different capacities, such as joining a club committee, planting spring flowers in the garden, running for a seat on the Board, or giving prospective new members a tour of the facilities. Our club staff would like to come along side you in determining the level of contribution you would like to have at the club. Please take a moment and reflect upon your experience as a Member and let us know how you can contribute to the member experience at the Kelowna Yacht Club.
